We recognise the importance of managing our environmental impact responsibly and are committed to promoting sustainable practices across our business activities.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees and contractors working for RGA and covers our office-based operations, travel, and use of IT and office equipment.

Policy Statement

RGA is committed to:

  • Minimising our environmental footprint by reducing energy consumption, water use, and waste generation wherever possible
  • Promoting recycling and responsible disposal of office consumables and IT equipment
  • Encouraging sustainable travel choices, including public transport, walking, cycling, or remote working where practical
  • Complying with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations
  • Continually reviewing our practices to improve environmental performance and sustainability

Responsibilities

All employees are expected to act in accordance with this policy and contribute to RGA’s environmental objectives. The company Director has overall responsibility for ensuring the policy is implemented and maintained.
